222/223 lapua cases

Do 222 or 223 Lapua cases have 1/16" flash holes? Are there any that do?

I've got some that won't pass a 0.062" decapping pin and will pass a 0.057". They are head stamped IMO 5.56 04 with no Nato cross. I recall they were made in Guatemala. They were purchased from Weidners more than five years ago. At the time Matthew Keller told me that they produced smaller than average velocity ES.
