what does your project rifle weigh as it sits? IOW will it make 10.5 class? What does the Leupold scope weigh?
When do you think your action was made by Anthony? Is it pre March of 2023?

Baby Merlin is one of my rifles. I bought it a few years back from the original owner. Owning Calfee Sporters is my addiction as I believe these are the culmination of Bill‘s work as a gunsmith. Shooting a Sporter, in IMO, is the most interesting part of rimfire benchrest.

Everyone should read Tony’s treatise on Sporters on this forum! It’s describes the fun of shooting one Perfectly. I would rather go to a IR match than a ARA match at this point in my life, it’s that much more enjoyable Even my 73 yr old eyes can do it with a 6x scope!

I was looking for a carrying case for a Lenzi front rest. Hoping someone would have brand name and model #. I would like it to be large enough to hold the PMA 3” stable feet attached to the rest. Padding that is thick enough to protect this substantial investment is part of the requirement.
