Hi all,

I cannot read any of the articles that Mr Salazar had written in the past with the Riflemans Journal. Everytime I try to, it say that I need an invitation to the blog....??

Can anybody help me with this?

Thanks,

Mike Conroy

He has shut off access of to the blog. Many people have noticed and are asking for him to bring it back. Word has it he has quit shooting and is pursuing other things.

an excellent site, there were many well-written articles there of interest to a wide audience.

A real shame that there weren't more who had the knowledge that the resource was available while it was up.

Thanks, German; I hope all goes well.....

Sorry for digging up this old thread, but I found a way to access the articles from German Salazars Blog "The Rifleman's Journal":
Just copy the plain URL Link of the article you want to read (on accurateshooter.com there are many links to his articles), go to https://web.archive.org and paste it there.
It will show you an old snapshot of the particular URL, which you then can read without limitation.
Hope this helps.

Edit:
You can access all articles written between 2009-2012. Here are the links for each year:

2009:
https://web.archive.org/web/20150309205931/http://riflemansjournal.blogspot.com/2009_05_01_archive.html
2010:
https://web.archive.org/web/20150309205850/http://riflemansjournal.blogspot.com/2010_01_01_archive.html
2011:
https://web.archive.org/web/20150309205734/http://riflemansjournal.blogspot.com/2011_01_01_archive.html
2012:
https://web.archive.org/web/20150309205624/http://riflemansjournal.blogspot.com/2012_01_01_archive.html

You can browse through the articles of each year in the right column ("Blog Archive"). You have to click on the name of the month itself (the arrow doesn't work) and then on the article you want to read. Clicking on another year doesn't work, you have to use the links above for each year.
