I have a rifle I have some questions on. It is a RW Hart 7mm Remington magnum. Pics below. Can anyone tell me anything about it and what it is worth?

It looks like an older hart action with the extension Bracket,

If all of the work was done by Hart rifles in Pa it probably shoots like the dickens
It would be hard to replace one of those. The scope looks like a Leupold and they are very very good.
It looks like a great hunting rifle as set up . Worth is about $1200 as it sits on the low side.
I hope this helps some

Thank you
It is a Hart action and it shoots great. I am going to try some hand loads this weekend.

Good luck shooting I bet you'll fall in love with it.
I have 2 hart action rifles my self .
That long extension was for recoiling scopes like a Lyman or Unertal

Last time I saw one of those cantilever scope extensions was on the rifle of a fine gentleman named Carl Lynn.
Regrettably he is long gone.
