Several folks have reported errors saving new shoots with this version.
The problem is caused by the range record for that range having a bench count of 0.
To fix this problem select Range from the Edit menu then select your range from the pick list. When your range record is displayed set the Benches field to the correct number of benches and save the record. You will now be able to create new shoots.
