There were wooden stocked versions of the AR-10, and in South America some rebuilt M16 rifles were cut to ultra short carbine size and given locally made wooden stocks then presented to officers as personal PDWs.
The wood used for the South American PDWs was an odd tiger striped wood, very unique.

The rifle in the above image looks like a custom job.

Who will bet that it is NOT a job done by www.Hydro-Dip.com ?

I'm on a really good monitor and I've still got 20-20 vision. It sure looks to me like that's high-end wood. Oil finished too. No sprayed on stuff.

OHH Yeahhhhh, get some gold leaf on that thang and it'll look almost as good as those guns from Saddam's palace :D:D

LOL

What a waste of good wood. It's like putting figured walnut on the hannle of my Vaughn.

BTW FfFBbBRansCciisss..... if that's a dip job, where'd the pieces come from? If those profiles are available in plastic I'd like a set. Flat forend with finger grooves...... yeahh baybieeee
