Got mine yesterday and am very impressed with them. I've made dozens of wind flags of various designs over the years and found it far easier and cheaper just to buy them. These are as good as any I've ever seen.

I've got 5 of them. 3 of the regular ones and 2 of the larger ones for my farthest flags at 200 yards. They're the only flags I've ever owned but I did a lot of research before I bought them. I also purchased 5 of the sail tails Rick recommended. Initially I used surveyor's tape but find the tails reveal more meaningful movement. In addition, Rick is a nice guy to deal with, willing to provide help in their use, and you get an excellent product for a good price. Others who have seen them in use here in Austin asked where I got them and purchased some for their use. A few, who have made their own in the past, purchased them for the same reason you did. Rick also provided 2 rectangular pieces of wood with holes drilled in them just large enough so the flags's bases would sit inside a large plastic storage box once they were attached to the bottom of the container. Really makes them easy to transport. I've attached a picture showing a container with flags.

I agree - Rick makes great flags and is a pleasure to do business with.
The flags are bright and very responsive.
