who or where can i get a verticle and horazontal adjuster for the but stock of a benchrest style stock

OK......!!
I don't know squat about rail setups but maybe this'll get the ball rolling. The only rear adjust setups I've used have been home made, specific to the setup as far as I can tell. I've used two rear adjust 600/1000yd setups and own a Krenzler 6PPC and a Pappas 22 BR-50'ish setup and they're built in place.
I also have a Farley Compact set as a rear adjuster, mainly because it's backwards in it's movements.....

A quality windage top set up for the rear of YOUR gun would work for you. I have seen setups like that at Williamsport for heavy guns. I know Bob Pastor www.viperbench-rest.com could make the base and help you out with the design. Give him a call.
